Howdy Pasture Patrons! I have so much cool stuff I am bringing to you all in 2022 but let's start with a barn update!
If you had not heard, Starburst did have three little babies, one boy and two girls. However, they did not make it. They were early and stillborn, and our poor Starburst was devastated. As much as it pains me to see her go through this, I am beyond grateful that she is okay and that she had them okay with no complications. She does have milk and plenty of it! I am getting upwards of half a gallon each day from her!
Next up, Button and Chamomile are both confirmed bred and they're due in April. I am so excited for some itty bitty Nigerian Dwarf babies. I heard that their average birth weight is TWO POUNDS! That's so small especially when we're used to 8-11 pound baby goats.
Now to the business side of things. I am so excited for the stuff we have planned this year.
First, our products are available in another local store. The Marian in Burlington is a small antique store that has so many cute things and now they carry our goat milk products!
We have our eye on another local store but that is still in the works and we will let you all know more when things get in order.
Next, we will be participating in our first ever craft show, The Road Trip Market. This is on May 21st and 22nd at the Boone County Fairgrounds. I might even bring a baby goat with me one day!
I've also been thinking about doing more farm activities for families and children to come learn and play with the goats and things. If you think that would be something you would be interested in, give me some ideas of the activities you'd like to see!
Don't miss out on the music inspired soaps! It is some of my best work and definitely my favorite soaps I have ever made, especially Howlin' Moon. Check them out!
That's about all I have for you all today. Just wanted to tell you guys all these fun things.
Keep your eyes out for an upcoming promo code...
Lotions and moisturizers are back in stock!
Also, it's almost time for the popular Peach seasonal goat milk soap and those will sell fast!
